Information, Terms, and Conditions

The pricing you see on our website reflects the total amount due for delivery, set up, take down, and cleaning the unit before and after each rental. No extra or hidden fees are added! We do charge a $60 delivery fee for deliveries outside of a 20 mile radius of Newburgh, IN. If your party/event location is 40+ miles outside of that radius, please inquire about delivery fee.

 

We can set up on grass, turf, and concrete. We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. Our inflatables will be secured with stakes or sandbags.

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book any of our rentals. The deposit is applied towards the final total of your rental. If you need to cancel your event or weather interferes, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for any future available date.

When requesting to book a rental you will be asked the start and end times of your event and we will schedule delivery and pickup for shortly before and after. Pickups requested after 9pm or overnight rentals will incur an additional charge of $60.

Your rental cannot be left unattended at any time. It is agreed upon that adult supervision is mandatory throughout the duration of your event. If your rental is being used for a community or public event you will need to make arrangements to have staff and/or volunteers monitoring the inflatable(s).


There are no shoes, food, drinks, gum, face paint, silly string, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc. allowed in the bounce houses as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done. We do not set up at events with face paint. Face paint (even washable) permanently can permanently stain inflatables. If any face paint gets on the bounce house the client is held responsible for replacement costs.


One of the greatest dangers when using inflatables outdoors is wind. Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15 mph. No exceptions.


You have until 7:00am the morning of your rental to let us know if you are going to postpone. Once the rental is delivered, payment is due in full. We do not offer refunds or discounts due to bad weather once the inflatable has been delivered.


Payment in full is due at the time of delivery. We accept cash, checks, and cards. If paying in cash, please have the exact amount for payment.
